Dive Team go Deep
Today was Del's birthday so the team from Les Basetes went on an away day to Cabo de Palos to do a 60m wreck dive on the British S.S. Standfield sunk during the first world war by a German U-Boat. The wreck starts in 47m and the propellor is in 61m. This is a fantastic dive and we all can't wait to go back again. Photo: left to right - Del, Petra, Rob, Sean and Luc.

Nitrox 8th February 2005
NITROX Installed
Today we had our Nitrox system installed. We can now offer Nitrox fills and courses. This also makes us the only dive centre from Javea to Alicante with the facility to fill Nitrox.
Enriched air Nitrox gives you more of what you got into diving for-Time underwater. Enriched air does this by replacing some of the nitrogen in the air with oxygen. This means you absorb less nitrogen during a dive, which gives you longer no decompression limits- increasing your time underwater.
